Reasons For Low Capacity Of Ultrafine Mill


Ultrafine mill is a kind of grinding equipment widely used in mines, cement plants, and chemical plants, and is one of the important equipment for deep processing of non-metallic minerals. Because of the stable performance, strong adaptability and high cost performance of the ultrafine mill equipment, it is normal to be welcomed by customers. The main reasons for the low capacity of ultrafine mills are as follows:

1. No powder or little powder, low capacity. The powder locker is not adjusted properly and the seal is not tight, causing the powder to suck.

2. The current of the main machine of the ultrafine mill rises while the current of the fan drops. If the feed is excessive, the air duct is blocked by the powder, the exhaust of the pipeline is not smooth, the circulating airflow heats up the main current, the machine temperature rises, and the fan current drops.

3. The finished powder is too coarse or too fine. The blades of the classifier are severely worn and cannot be classified, and the air volume of the fan is inappropriate.

4. The main machine of the ultrafine mill is noisy and vibrates. The feed volume is small. The anchor bolts are loose. The material is hard and the impact is large, or there is no material layer; the roller and the ring are out of round shape and deformed seriously.

5. Fan vibration. Powder accumulation or unbalanced wear on the wind blades, loose anchor bolts.

6. The oil viscosity is too thick and the threaded pump oil can’t get up so that the upper bearing lacks oil.

The operation of the ultrafine mill equipment also has a great impact on the capacity of the equipment. If the operation is improper, the equipment will be damaged to a certain extent, which will affect the production of the equipment, which will affect the capacity of the equipment. The equipment must be operated correctly in accordance with the manufacturer’s regulations.
