- 1. Large output of single machine, suitable for large-scale production. The vertical mill has a large production capacity, and the hourly output can be as high as 100 tons to meet the large-scale production of enterprises.
- 2. The process is green and clean. The vertical milling process has less pollution, little impact on whiteness, and low iron content, which effectively improves product quality.
- 3. Precise particle size control. The vertical mill is easy to adjust the fineness, precise particle size cutting, and concentrated distribution, which can meet the customer’s particle size requirements for different products.
- 4. Good quality of finished products. The vertical mill has the functions of automatic slag discharge and sand discharge. It can discharge semi-burned products and other particles in lime, increase the content of calcium oxide, and optimize the quality of the finished powder.
- 5. Low noise and less dust. The vertical mill adopts the principle of material bed pulverization. The grinding roller and the grinding disc do not directly contact, and the operation is stable and the noise is low. In addition, the vertical mill is produced by vacuum suction, which effectively avoids the dust from rising during the grinding process.
- 6. Intelligent control. The vertical mill adopts PLC intelligent control system, which can realize unmanned operation, and can grasp the equipment operation data through the mobile phone.
- 7. Low maintenance cost. There is less direct contact between the abrasive parts, the damage rate is low, the service life of the wear parts is high, and the maintenance cost is low.
